We ask only for necessary details; extra details are optional. Email enquiries are saved on our website and sent by our email service to info@taxialian.com. For WhatsApp, your details open as a message in WhatsApp; you send it yourself. WhatsApp processes data under its own privacy terms. We do not use these details for marketing without separate consent. You can request access, correction or deletion at info@taxialian.com. Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to handle them and meet any legal recordkeeping obligations. You may complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority. An enquiry becomes a booking only after our personal confirmation.
